Duration and payment
To confirm your booking, we ask you for a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

Cancellation policy
Up to 15 days before arrival no charge (we will return the prepayment)
Between 14 and 2 days before arrival 50% of total agreed price (we keep the prepayment or charge credit card).
1 day or no-show, the full price will be charged.

Please tell us the approximate time of your arrival, we will be happy to welcome you personally.
Check-in is from 4pm to 8,30pm; specific needs of late or early arrival should be agreed in advance. The day of your departure, please check-out from 8 a.m to 11,00 a.m.
Our private parking is available for you, just in front of the house; you can load and unload your luggage directly into the breakfast room.
Please do not smoke inside the house. Small pets are welcome, after specific agreement.
A shuttle service to / from the train station (Milan or Turin) or airport (Turin or Milan) is available on demand (price to be agreed).
